On Friday, Coweta County deputies had been referred to as to Academy Sports activities on Bullsboro Drive about an individual not wanting to go away the shop.

When deputies arrived, they discovered a person later recognized as, Michael Boutte, went inside the shop to the gun part and tried to position a loaded journal right into a weapon he needed to buy.

Authorities stated an worker snatched the gun away from Boutte and advised him to go away.

The sheriff’s workplace stated Boutte went to the entrance door however then refused to go away. Deputies stated they gave verbal instructions for Boutte to go away, however he refused once more.

Boutte reportedly advised authorities ‘it was chilly exterior and he was not leaving.’

Deputies later positioned Boutte in handcuffs and arrested. Officers seized Boutte’s journal and 11 .380 bullets.

He was transported to the Coweta County Jail and charged with obstruction and legal trespass.
