Kentucky law enforcement officials have been captured on video throwing slushies at harmless individuals. The 2 officers in an undercover automobile have been recognized as Curtis Flynn and Bryan Wilson. They recorded their merciless antics and shared the video with a few of their fellow cops. The outrageous acts happened over 11 months in 2018 and 2019. Nevertheless, the Courier-Journal newspaper solely obtained the video this week, following a Freedom of Data request. At the very least 24 individuals had slushies thrown at them.
