CHILLICOTHE, Ohio (AP) — Knowledgeable bowler from Ohio was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service whereas he was competing in a event in Indiana final week, authorities stated.

Brandon Novak, 35, of Chillicothe, was taken into custody Thursday on the 2024 U.S. Open Bowling Event in Indianapolis.

Charles Sanso, deputy U.S. Marshal for the Southern District of Ohio, stated Novak was wished on a warrant out of Ross County in Ohio. Cindy Schumaker, an assistant prosecutor for the county, stated the warrant stemmed from a secret indictment and that additional info wouldn’t be launched till Novak is extradited again to Ohio. It wasn’t clear Tuesday when the extradition would happen.
