A pair of males have been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a fan at a New England Patriots game earlier this season, according to The Associated Press.
John Vieira, 59, and Justin Mitchell, 39, have been arrested earlier this month and charged with assault and battery and disorderly conduct. Officers stated that the 2 males, who’re from Warwick, Rhode Island, punched Dale Mooney on the Patriots’ 24-17 loss to the Miami Dolphins on Sept. 17.
Mooney was within the 300-level seating space at Gillette Stadium for that “Sunday Night time Soccer” matchup when he had an obvious “medical occasion” after an altercation broke out.
