An worker of a Texas mall is recovering from facial fractures and a concussion after being crushed unconscious, police stated.
Daniel Lynn Thomas, 38, and his 13-year-old son attacked Central Mall employee Richard Houff Jr. on Jan. 20 after officers stated Houff requested the teenager and one among his mates to depart on account of their rowdy habits, TXK Right now reported, citing a possible trigger affidavit.
The teenagers had been playing with a stroller after they had been initially approached by a feminine safety officer, police advised KSLA.
Houff stepped in when the teenagers grew to become verbally abusive towards the officer and requested them to depart, police advised the station. Thomas returned to the mall shortly after along with his son and confronted Houff, in accordance with KSLA, citing police.
