JACKSON, Miss. (AP) — A Mississippi grand jury has declined to carry expenses towards a police officer who responded to a name, and shot and wounded an unarmed 11-year-old boy inside the house.
The grand jury discovered that Indianola Police Sgt. Greg Capers did have interaction in legal conduct when he shot Aderrien Murry within the chest on Might 20 whereas responding to a home dispute.
