Howell added that other civil cases filed towards Giuliani — together with one filed by his former lawyer, Robert Costello, and one other filed by President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden — “elevate the danger that Giuliani has even larger motivation to cover his monetary property from potential future judgments towards him.”
