A pedestrian whose leg was amputated after Haywood Highsmith crashed into him whereas he was aiding one other motorist stranded on the highway in West Kendall earlier this month is now suing the Miami Warmth ahead, courtroom information reveal.

Alekxei Pino, 21, sued Highsmith in Miami-Dade on Friday alleging that the NBA participant was rushing when he rammed into Pino throughout the late night time hours of Feb. 7.
